Man slog ihjäl sin hund – och frikändes

En man som avlivade sin hund genom att slå en sten mot hundens huvud och sedan skära den i halsen, har frikänts av Gotlands Tingsrätt.

Mannen som är i 70-årsåldern åtalades för brott mot djurskyddslagen, men tingsrätten håller inte med åklagaren om att mannen utsatt hunden för onödigt obehag och lidande.  Läs mer på sverigesradio.se
